Over the years Cárnicas Mirotz has focused its activities on pork-based meat products. Currently, it has two production sites: one in Aguilar de Codés, where cured cold cuts are made, and the other in Vitoria, with its pork cutting line, cured ham production and head offices.

The plant at Aguilar de Codés features the latest technology for the creation of the whole range of cured cold cuts.

Both plants have been certified for the transportation of intra-community products. The company has specialist trained human resources to perform the work undertaken in the various sections, as per the requirements of each position.

The main activities undertaken are as follows:

  • Pork cutting
  • Making cured cold cuts (chorizo, sausages, cured loin, etc)
  • Making marinated products
  • Making cured ham and shoulder
  • The whole range of meat products is available sliced.
