Installations

At present CÁRNICAS MIROTZ has two production centres: one in AGUILA DE CODÉS (NAVARRE), where a wide range of cured cold cuts are made (chorizos, sausages, salamis, cured loin, cured and marinated meats, etc.); and the other in Vitoria is the logistics centre, which has a cutting room, ham drying room, lines of sliced meats and the main warehouse for all our meat products, together with the company's head offices.
